Goku's first cool battle was with his brother, Rattitz. In the battle, Goku died saving the planet. Then a year later, Goku came back to fight two more, stronger Saiyens. In the end, he won, but was really hurt.

Namec

Becuase Kame and Piccilo were linked. When Piccilo died, so did Kame, the creator of the dragon balls, they then disappeared. So Krillin and Gohan went to Namec to get the dragon balls there to wish there friends back...Then they found out a terrible evil was also after the dragon balls. It was freeza. Then when Goku arrived, he started fighting freeza. Because feeza killed Krillin, Goku's best friend, Goku snapped and turned into a super saiyen. He then beat freeza.
